Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Principal / Senior Engineer to lead Product Engineering within Technical Operations Management. You will drive industrialization, qualification, and lifecycle management of automotive semiconductor products, collaborating across global teams to ensure readiness and quality.

The role requires strong experience in fabless semiconductor development, ATE test, and manufacturing support with a hands-on ownership mindset in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years (Senior Engineer) or 8+ years (Principal Engineer) in semiconductor Product/ Test/ Yield or Reliability engineering.
• Experience in fabless semiconductor product development with Foundry/OSAT partners
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver in a fast-growing startup environment
• Excellent analytical and data-driven problem solving with engineering judgement

Responsibilities

• Lead automotive semiconductor products from tape-out through qualification, release, production ramp and mass production.
• Drive engineering builds, characterization, pilot production and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Test, Reliability, Quality, Foundry and OSAT teams to ensure successful product industrialization.
• Own product lifecycle activities and drive yield improvement, quality enhancement and cost optimization.
• Support customer complaint investigations and 8D problem solving during product lifecycle.
