Job summary

Lumen Technologies is seeking a Principal Technology Architect (Security) in Singapore to lead security architecture for Advanced MDR deployments. You will design end-to-end security solutions, translate customer needs into detailed technical designs, and work with sales to drive opportunities to closure.

The role requires 6+ years in cybersecurity, strong communication, and collaboration across product, marketing, and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on SOC/MSS/MDR services design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of security principles, frameworks (NIST/ISO 27001) and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative engagements with prospective and existing customers to understand their security needs and challenges.
• Design and propose Lumen’s Advanced MDR or other security services from our portfolio.
• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and drive successful outcomes.
• Effectively communicate Lumen's technical capabilities to customers and align expectations.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams to drive opportunities to closure.
