S&P Global Energy CERA is looking for a Principal Research Analyst to oversee our Japan Power and Renewables market research. S&P Global Energy CERA is a global team responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and forecasting global energy commodities markets and prices. We provide forward‑looking insights through the development of analytical tools, research, and models, engaging with clients through written reports, presentations and direct interactions.
This position carries significant responsibilities for all new and existing research content related to the Japan power and renewables market. Research topics include policy, regulation, market reforms, power trading activities, tariffs, emerging technologies, and commodities relevant to power and renewables markets. Modelling short‑ and long‑term outlooks is also an essential part of the role. Our analysis supports our subscription services delivered under our market‑leading product line, servicing a wide range of customers across the energy industry.
