Job description

We are seeking experienced Principal and Senior Physiotherapists to take on leadership roles, manage teams, mentor and supervise junior physiotherapists, and drive improvement and service development within our department. We are particularly interested in candidates passionate about digitalisation & innovation, transdisciplinary and advanced practice.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide expert clinical care for complex cases across a wide spectrum of medical specialities
  • Lead and manage teams of physiotherapists whilst mentoring junior staff and supervising student attachments
  • Drive service improvement projects, quality assurance initiatives, and innovative practice development
  • Design and deliver training programmes and participate in departmental planning and policy development
  • Represent the department in committees and external professional activities
What we're looking for
  • Minimally 6 years clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
  • Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications will be advantageous
  • Registration with Allied Health Professions Council Singapore
  • Strong leadership capabilities with passion for innovation, digitalisation, and advanced practice
  • Excellent clinical expertise, communication, and mentoring skills
