Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for the overall P&L and general management of the assigned insurance business line
• Working closely with an established team to lead and drive the company's growth strategy and provide
• Provide effective leadership to continue to inspire and develop the team’s capabilities
• Acting as the focal point of contact for key customers, business partner, broker, and regulatory relationships
• Identify, evaluate and suggest new investment opportunities to expand the local market share
• Working with the Regional and Global management teams to implement appropriate strategies and action plans to accelerate top line growth and bottom-line profitability

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of working experience in the general insurance industry especially in an underwriting role
• Strong experience in underwriting and running a line of business
• Strong experience in managing international and local Broker distribution
• Experience with alternative distribution channels
• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects in managing an insurance company effectively, including Compliance, Regulatory, Financial Solvency, and Operations
