Virtuos Singapore is seeking a Principal ML Engineer to own end-to-end AI systems for game development, from experimental PoCs to production-scale deployment.

You will integrate state-of-the-art models into tooling for artists and developers, balancing fine-tuning with inference optimization to address real production bottlenecks. Expect close collaboration with product and creative teams in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production ML/AI systems.
• Demonstrable expertise in Agent Architectures or Generative Content workflows (or both).
• Comfort with ambiguity; ability to prototype and iterate quickly.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud stack (AWS) with modern AI toolings.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agent architectures for complex workflows.
• Architect Gen2D/Gen3D/video generation pipelines integrated with DCC tools and engines.
• Develop production-grade evaluation frameworks and scalable deployments (Python, FastAPI, AWS).
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to translate constraints into realistic roadmaps.
