We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Data & AI Solution Engineer to join our CoE, driving innovation and operational excellence across insurance products and services.
- Design, implement, and manage scalable AI/ML systems, including LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, multimodal models, LLM orchestration tools, LLMOps pipelines, prompt management, GenAI Guardrail, and knowledge bases to support robust, production-grade solutions.
- Support the enablement and adoption of new GenAI technologies to drive GenAI-enabled innovation across business domains, with a focus on scalable deployment and operationalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, data engineers, data scientists, data translators, and business/IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into compliant and effective AI solutions.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure, including compute resources (e.g., GPUs), databases, and storage to enable efficient model training, inference, and real-time decisioning.
- Support the implementation of AI governance and ethical frameworks to ensure fairness, transparency, privacy, and compliance with regulations (e.g., PDPA, MAS).
- Stay current on emerging AI/GenAI technologies, tools, and regulatory developments to maintain the organization’s competitive edge.
We are looking for people who
- Proven leadership experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable AI/GenAI systems, including large language models (LLMs), vector database, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, multimodal models, orchestration tools, and LLMOps pipelines.
- Hands‑on expertise in GenAI technologies: RAG, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, prompt management, GenAI guardrails, and building/maintaining enterprise knowledge bases.
- Track record of delivering enterprise‑wide robust, production‑grade AI solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability and operationalization.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure management (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including provisioning and optimizing GPU resources, vector databases, and storage for model training and inference.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with cross‑functional teams: ability to translate complex business requirements into compliant, effective AI/GenAI solutions in partnership with architects, engineers, scientists, translators, and business/IT stakeholders.
- Practical knowledge of deploying AI/GenAI models and solutions at scale in enterprise environments, with experience supporting adoption across multiple business domains.
- Solid understanding of AI governance and ethical frameworks, with demonstrated ability to ensure solutions are fair, transparent, privacy‑conscious, and compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., PDPA, MAS).
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest AI/GenAI technologies, tools, industry best practices, and regulatory trends.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to drive innovation using AI/GenAI in complex business contexts.
