## Principal Design EnablementApplylocations: SGP - Science Parktime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR-2602080We are hiring a highly motivated Research Scientist for PDK device design and research projects management with integrated opto-electronics circuit design, fabrication, and characterization. You will be involved in application-oriented PDK design, fabrication and characterization. You will be working with an excellent multidisciplinary team from photonics and FAB.**Your Job**:* To design / optimize silicon photonic devices, including passive and active devices (e.g., balanced photodetector, high speed photodetector) for application oriented PDK development.* To independently carry out device characterization to verify device performance and conduct device analysis with documentation.* To provide technical support on PDK related questionnaires.* To file patents on Silicon Photonics devices to protect AMF intellectual property.* To perform other duties as assigned.
