Qualifications

• Heavyweight, battle-tested experience with IDMC, IICS (CDI, CAI, CDQ), and PowerCenter.
• Deep SQL/PLSQL expertise and operational experience with Databricks, AWS Glue, Oracle, Redshift, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record in data governance and metadata management.
• Elite scripting ability in Python, Spark, or advanced Shell for automation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and optimize real-time and batch ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IDMC and IICS.
• Lead hybrid cloud data integration, enabling zero-downtime on-prem to cloud migrations with AWS and Databricks.
• Drive performance optimization, pushdown techniques, parallel processing, and SQL session tuning.
• Engineer robust data flows across databases, cloud storage, APIs, RESTful services, and streaming frameworks.
• Enforce data governance, RBAC, encryption, audit trails, and data lineage.
• Provide technical leadership and documentation across BI and cloud teams.

The Objective

We are seeking an elite, uncompromising Principal Data Integration Architect to command our massive-scale ETL/ELT infrastructure. This is not a role for standard ETL developers. You must possess absolute mastery over the entire Informatica ecosystem (IDMC, IICS, PowerCenter) and engineer flawless, high-throughput hybrid cloud data pipelines across AWS and Databricks. There is zero margin for inefficient mappings or data bottlenecks. You will enforce extreme performance standards, strict data governance, and unbreakable architectural resilience.

Core Responsibilities

• Mission-Critical Data Architecture: Architect, deploy, and ruthlessly optimize real-time and batch ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IDMC and IICS.
• Hybrid Cloud Mastery: Command highly complex, hybrid data integration ecosystems. Seamlessly execute zero-downtime on-prem to cloud migrations leveraging AWS and Databricks.
• Absolute Performance Optimization: Eradicate pipeline latency. You must possess deep, undeniable expertise in pushdown optimization, parallel processing, and the relentless tuning of SQL queries, session parameters, and complex mappings.
• Advanced Application Integration: Engineer infallible data flows integrating databases, cloud storage, APIs, RESTful services, and streaming frameworks utilizing advanced CDI and CAI modules.
• Ironclad Data Governance: Dictate and enforce enterprise-grade data security and quality. Implement impenetrable RBAC, encryption, audit frameworks, and absolute data lineage using Informatica Data Quality (CDQ) and Axon Data Governance.
• Technical Authority: Act as the ultimate escalation point for data integration failures. Produce exhaustive technical documentation and demand engineering excellence from cross-functional BI and cloud teams.

Strict Qualifying Criteria

• Unrivaled Informatica Expertise: Heavyweight, battle-tested experience with IDMC, IICS (CDI, CAI, CDQ), and legacy PowerCenter. Informatica Certified Professional (ICP) or IDMC Certification is aggressively preferred.
• Database & Cloud Dominance: Expert-level command of SQL and PL/SQL. Deep operational experience with Databricks, AWS Glue, Oracle, Redshift, and PostgreSQL.
• Governance & Lineage: Proven track record implementing enterprise-wide metadata management and data governance frameworks.
• Advanced Automation: Elite proficiency in Python, Spark, or advanced Shell scripting for aggressive pipeline automation.
• Academic Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree strictly in Computer Science is highly required.
