Job summary

IMPACT AI TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced OpenText AppWorks specialist to design and implement enterprise workflow solutions for banking clients.

You will translate business requirements into specs, build and integrate AppWorks with Content Server, and lead platform upgrades while ensuring performance and scalability. You will collaborate with compliance, business, and technology teams to manage SIT/UAT, release readiness, and regulatory alignment, leveraging Java, SQL, REST/SOAP

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in OpenText AppWorks, BPM, ECM and enterprise workflow solutions.
• Strong activity in translating business requirements into functional specs, user stories, workflow designs and technical solutions covering the full SDLC.
• Deep Banking & Financial Services domain experience, especially AML/KYC, onboarding, CDD/EDD, risk rating, regulatory reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and integrate OpenText AppWorks and Content Server with enterprise banking systems using Java, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs and ESB integration.
• Lead workflow automation, application migration, platform upgrades and process optimization initiatives with focus on scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with business, compliance and technology stakeholders to manage SIT/UAT, defect resolution, requirements and release readiness.

Job description

• 10+ years of experience in OpenText AppWorks, BPM, ECM and enterprise workflow solutions, with strong hands-on experience in workflow design, application development and process automation.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, workflow designs and technical solutions, covering the full SDLC.
• Strong experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain, particularly AML/KYC, Client Onboarding, CDD/EDD, Risk Rating, Regulatory Reporting and Compliance processes.
• Design, configure and integrate OpenText AppWorks and Content Server solutions with enterprise banking systems using Java, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs and ESB integration.
• Lead workflow automation, application migration, platform upgrades and business process optimisation initiatives, while ensuring scalability, performance and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with business, compliance and technology stakeholders to manage SIT/UAT, defect resolution, stakeholder requirements and release readiness, ensuring solutions comply with banking, audit and regulatory requirements.
