Job summary

S A B Trade & Trans Llp in Singapore seeks a Transport Driver to work with the operations team to deliver containers to customers’ premises, PSA Port, and container depot. You will prepare for duty, perform pre-operational checks, communicate challenges to the controller, and drive the Prime Mover with trailer as required.

Requirements include a Class 4 license, minimum 1 year in a similar role, and a positive teamwork attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum primary level or equivalent.
• Valid Class 4 license.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver containers to customers' premises, PSA Port and container depot.
• Prepare for Duty and conduct pre-operational checks on Prime Mover, PMPC and communication system.
• Report or communicate to controller on job challenges immediately.
• Drive Prime Mover and tow trailer.
• Position trailer for mounting and offloading container.
• Check container external conditions and tally its number to ensure all containers are in good order.
• Return all signed Delivery Orders daily to controller.

• - Drive Prime Mover

• - Check container external conditions and tally it's number to ensure all container taken in hand are in good order and conditions
• - Return all signed Delivery Order daily to controller
