Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a role that delivers and presents lesson content to children and supervises primary school students at One Holland Village. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 10am-7pm, with focus on safety and learning progress.

You will liaise with centre directors and parents, mentor staff, and ensure programmes run smoothly while maintaining accurate records and handling enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall safety and wellbeing of the children
• Liaise with Centre directors, Parents and school with regards to students and Centre matters
• Mentor, lead and motivate staff in their work
• Ensure that programmes and activities are carried out smoothly
• Plan for manpower and logistics
• Handle parent enquiries and provide regular updates to parents regarding their children’s well-being and academic matters
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications, withdrawals
• Maintain updated records of students’ profile and finance matters
• Classroom management, including assisting in classrooms whenever necessary
