  • Teaching and Instruction:
    • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, such as English, Math, and Science to a specific grade level.
    • Employ strategies like inquiry-based learning and differentiate instruction to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
    • Integrate digital technology to enhance learning and problem-solving.
  • Student Well‑being and Development:
    • Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
    • Build learning-focused relationships with students and help them become independent, self‑regulated learners.
    • Support the holistic development of students, including their social and emotional well‑being.
  • Assessment and Feedback:
    • Use formative and summative assessments to track student progress and inform planning.
    • Provide high-quality feedback to students and involve them in assessing their own learning.
    • Maintain records of student progress and development.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and teach transdisciplinary units.
    • Communicate regularly with parents to involve them in their child’s learning.
