Lil’ but Mighty is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a collaborative teaching team in Singapore. You will deliver engaging lessons, apply our curriculum, and work with fellow educators to continuously improve instructional strategies while maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

The role requires a dedicated educator who can handle four weekdays and one weekend day, contribute to workshops, and participate in ongoing professional development to strengthen

Qualifications

• Experience teaching English to primary school children.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Able to teach writing, grammar, comprehension and oral communication.
• Capable of managing a classroom and building relationships with students.
• Clear and professional communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging English lessons for primary students.
• Apply Lil’ but Mighty’s teaching strategies and curriculum.
• Plan, review and evaluate lessons; provide feedback on work.
• Monitor progress and identify areas needing support.
• Communicate progress regularly with parents.
• Collaborate with educators to review curriculum and improve strategies.
• Participate in training, observations and professional development.
