Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd. is seeking a part-time Teacher (After School Student Care) to join our Woodlands team.

The role involves planning and implementing curriculum and supervising student work, with potential to teach English, Chinese, Maths and Science to upper primary students. The successful candidate will be able to coach both lower and upper primary levels, manage class safety, and handle administrative tasks while supporting excursions, arts and music activities, holiday programmes,

Qualifications

• Must have a qualification matching GCE 5 'O' Level / Pre-U / A level / Diploma.
• Experience in education or student care is preferred.
• Patient and passionate about helping children.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong team player and receptive to changes.
• Proficient in Mandarin to teach Mandarin as a subject.
• Commit to a permanent part-time arrangement for one year.
• Commit to up to 32 hours per week with fixed schedule: Mon–Thu 12:30–19:00, Fri 13:00–19:00.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum for the students
• Supervision of schoolwork for the students
• Preferably able to teach upper primary students all subjects (English/Chinese/Maths/Science)
• Able to coach lower & upper primary level
• Class management & manage safety of students
• Need to manage class administrative task
• Fetching of SCC students after their school hours
• Lead excursion in CSRs
• Able to do Arts & craft
• Teach Music & Movement
• Assist in Staff claims paper work
• Plan & execute holiday programme
• Conducting daily assessment revision
• Conduct homework supervision
