Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (Pricing) to own analytical frameworks driving commercial pricing across APAC. You will turn raw market data into actionable revenue insights and collaborate with sales, trading, and regional supply chain teams.

The role covers pricing strategy, BI/analytics, market intelligence, and governance. Strong SQL and BI tool skills, plus experience in oil & gas or commodities, are highly valued. This is a 6-month contract based near MRT-Bugis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, data analytics, or engineering.
4–7 years of pricing, commercial analysis, or business intelligence experience.
Industry background in Oil & Gas, Energy Trading, Commodities, or Chemicals is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop dynamic pricing models to optimize regional margins for refined products and lubricants.
Evaluate daily market price exposure against local benchmarks (e.g., Platts indices).
Audit pricing structures across B2B and retail segments to minimize margin leakage.
Approve non-standard pricing requests from commercial teams based on financial risk assessments.
Design and maintain automated BI dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
Consolidate data streams from SAP, CRM, and external market intelligence platforms.
Build predictive analytics tools to forecast demand elasticity and competitor behavior.
Lead data governance initiatives to improve regional commercial data accuracy and pipeline health.
Synthesize macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and geopolitical events affecting regional oil prices.
Present monthly commercial performance reviews to regional executive leadership.
Conduct deep-dive competitor analysis to benchmark Chevron’s market positioning.
