Qualifications

Job description

As the Presentation Designer you will be required to apply your strong branding, illustration and data visualization skills, to interpret complex ideas and translate to simplistic and compelling design layouts. The role will involve working closely with clients in a bank to create strong narratives through their presentations and gaining valuable insight.

Job Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Accurate and timely production of all presentation materials
• Ensure all work is quality checked before being returned to the client
• Adherence to department policies and procedures
• Take ownership for the quality of your work and the associated deadlines
• Take job specifications effectively using planning and negotiating skills to agree achievable deadlines
• Printing and binding of client-facing materials when necessary

Job Requirements:

• Able to work rotating shift between 12pm to 9pm or 3pm to 12am
• Work from onsite office / home according to work schedule
• Self-motivated, ability to think on the spot
• Willing to work at odd hours / weekend
• Experience of working in a corporate culture
• Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure
• Continual improvement mentality, open and receptive to feedback
• Should be a quick learner, able to pick up skills relevant to the service needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Graphic design graduate is highly preferred
