THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD.

is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to ensure child safety and deliver engaging learning activities in a 5-day rotating shift workweek. The ideal candidate holds FECCE/HCIC/ACEY/DECCE qualifications and ECDA EY1/EY2/L1/L2 certification, with responsibilities including planning, observing, and reporting on child development, and close collaboration with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education (FECCE / HCIC / ACEY / DECCE)
• ECDA EY1 / EY2 / L1 / L2 certification required

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of children at all times
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Plan and implement programs for children
• Engage children with activities to enhance their learning experience
• Observe, assess and document children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health
• Establish relationships and communication with parents
• Attend to children's basic care needs, such as showering, feeding, and diaper changing
• Enforce all administration policies governing children
• Prepare materials and classrooms for activities
• Collaborate with other teachers and administrators in program development, evaluation, and revision

Education
