Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the preschool curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment supporting holistic development.
• Observe, assess and document children's learning progress and milestones.
• Support children's daily routines, including meals, hygiene, rest time and transitions.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues through clear communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ECDA regulations, centre policies and safety standards.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, professional development and centre initiatives.
