Job summary

A private educational institution in Singapore is seeking an individual responsible for lesson planning and monitoring learning outcomes for assigned classes. You will be the main contact for parents, updating them on their child's daily and weekly progress. Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare Term Newsletter for allocated class.
  2. Overall in charge of the portfolios for allocated class
  3. Overall in charge of Lesson Planning for allocated class
  4. Monitor Learning Outcome Grids for allocated class.
  5. General Housekeeping and displays of the classroom.
  6. Update the Class Notice and Theme Boards.
  7. Wash toys on a regular basis as scheduled
  8. Inspect the premises for mosquito breeding.
  9. Report any injuries or accidents to the Principal / Ctr Coordinator and record it in the Incidental Record File.
  10. Attend feedback from parents.
  11. Arrange and monitor educational outings at least once in a term.
  12. Update parents on their child's progress on daily (little poop) and weekly basic.
  13. Implementing the school curriculum.
  14. Planning year end concerts

  • Collaborates with colleagues and families to modify and implement changes to the schedules according to children's needs.
  • Develops programme schedules that meet children's needs and support smooth transition.
