Job Overview

This position reports to the Principal on teaching and administration matters. It is a dedicated internal and external client service role, encompassing teaching, program development, and parental engagement in collaboration with all team members. Location: KINEX Mall & Pasir Ris Mall.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, supervise, and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy of the organization.
  • Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child.
  • Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning.
  • Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carry out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the children.
  • Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
