Job summary

A leading early childhood education center in Singapore is seeking a passionate educator to prepare and implement programs for young children. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in a relevant area, with preference given to those with a DECCE-T qualification. Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential, along with a creative and nurturing approach to education. Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement sports and motor skills programs for young children
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress
• Communicate regularly with parents
• Use positive guidance strategies and techniques
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the class
• Maintain and build strong relationships with the students and their parents.
• Assist the Centre Management with other responsibilities such as vetting of newsletters/progress reports, organisation of events and so on.
• Attend regular training for upgrade of knowledge and teaching

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma in a relevant area.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or Sports Science will be an advantage. Opportunities for DECCE sponsorship for suitable candidates.
