Job summary

MindChamps in Singapore is seeking an engaging teacher to implement the Literacy programme for the class in accordance with MindChamps policies.

You will prepare age-appropriate teaching aids, use positive guidance strategies at all times, and build strong relationships with Champs and their parents while keeping accurate progress records. The role focuses on addressing each Champ’s developmental needs to support their learning journey.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and implement the Literacy programme for the class in accordance with the policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy of MindChamps
• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and implement the programmes in class
• Use positive guidance strategies and techniques at all times
• Maintain and build strong relationships with the Champs and their parents
• Keep accurate records of the Champs’ progress
• Address each Champ’s educational and developmental needs on an individual basis to the best of your ability
