Responsible for all aspects of the programme; operations, business, estate management, curriculum, office management and administration, staff management, training and development, event management, enrolment and marketing, advocacy and networking activities.
Works alongside the Head of Curriculum to maintains the consistency and quality in curriculum standards and deliverables through monitoring of the quality of planning, teaching, evaluation and assessment. This also includes ensuring that resources in terms of physical furnishings, facilities, classroom environment and teaching materials are available to support the teaching and learning process.
Responsible for excellence and quality standards pertaining to children’s health, hygiene and safety practices, and ensuring that SOPs for administrative and recording pertaining to these operational functions are consistently delivered at an optimal level, and meet licensing standards.
Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies
Manage staff welfare, team building and bonding activities, continuous learning, training and development of all levels of staff.
Manage enrolment, budget and achievement of financial targets. He/ She actively promotes and markets the programme to support the continuous enrolment stability and growth.
Establish parent-school collaborations and partnerships that prioritize on building trust and confidence and maintaining ongoing parent communication and parent engagement.
Promotes and advocates the brand through advocacy initiatives, school and community events as well as home-school partnership and parent education programmes.
