MindChamps Preschool Singapore invites a passionate Music Teacher to deliver the MindChamps Music curriculum to our Champs from Playgroup through K2. You will plan engaging lessons, support musical development, and contribute to school performances in a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Music or ABRSM/Trinity certification, exhibit proficiency in at least one instrument, and have experience teaching young children with strong communication and classroom management abilities.

Competenze

• Diploma or equivalent in Music (e.g. ABRSM/Trinity) required.
• Proficiency in at least one musical instrument; two or more instruments is a plus.
• Experience teaching music to preschool children or in a classroom setting preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver the MindChamps Music curriculum to preschool Champs from Playgroup to K2.
• Conduct age-appropriate music lessons including music literacy, singing, percussion, keyboard, recorder, and violin (for upper levels).
• Plan, prepare, and implement lessons per curriculum, policies, and educational framework.
• Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment supporting musical, educational, and developmental growth.
• Observe, assess, and document progress with checklists, notes, and photos.
• Prepare materials and simple arrangements for school performances and year-end concerts.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in centre events and PD.
• Collaborate with class teachers to integrate music with other subjects.
