Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. in Singapore is expanding and seeks driven teachers to grow with the company. The role is based in Kallang (Near MRT) with a full-time schedule Monday to Friday on a rotating shift. Gross salary up to SGD 4,400 per month, plus BCE and annual increments.

Responsibilities include planning engaging English lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and documenting children's progress. Strong communication and ECDA familiarity are essential for success in this team.

Qualifications

• ECDA-recognised L2 teaching certification.
• LON - L2 credential.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (or equivalent).
• Passionate about working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Responsible, patient, and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct developmentally appropriate English lessons in accordance with the centre’s curriculum.
• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children’s learning and development across cognitive, social, emotional, and physical domains.
• Prepare teaching materials and organise daily classroom activities.
• Observe, document, and report on children’s learning progress.
• Communicate professionally with parents and provide regular updates.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and ECDA regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support centre operations and events.
