Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver English lessons aligned with the centre’s curriculum and MOE/ECDA guidelines
- Facilitate children’s development in language, literacy, social-emotional skills, and inquiry-based learningCreate a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment
- Prepare developmentally appropriate learning materials and activities
- Observe, document, and assess children’s progress in accordance with ECDA and centre standards
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s learning and well‑being
- Guide and mentor assistant teachers where necessary
- Ensure all health, safety, and regulatory requirements are adhered
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE - T)
- ECDA Certified
- LON - L2
- Passionate about working with young children and supporting their developmental needs
- Professional, responsible, and able to manage classroom routines effectively
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Prior preschool teaching experience is a bonus
