Job summary

GIFTED AND TALENTED EDUCATION PTE. LTD. seeks a passionate Preschool English Teacher to guide young learners (18 months to 6 years) through engaging literacy and enrichment programs in Singapore.

You will deliver curriculum, prepare age-appropriate activities, track progress, and engage parents to support holistic development and strong foundations in literacy.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma with L1/L2 or relevant Early Childhood certifications (e.g., CPT, ACECCE, HCIC, CIT, ACEY).
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in preschool/childcare/enrichment; fresh grads welcome if passionate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; child-centered approach.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool English Teacher to guide young learners (ages 18 months to 6 years) through engaging, inquiry-based literacy and enrichment programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver interactive English enrichment programs aligned with our group's curriculum frameworks and guidelines.
• Lesson Preparation: Design and implement age-appropriate teaching aids and hands-on activities to foster a love for learning.
• Student Progress Tracking: Maintain accurate learning milestones, documentation, and student portfolios.
• Parent Engagement: Build trusting, transparent partnerships with parents through regular progress updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma holders certified with L1, L2, or relevant Early Childhood certifications (e.g., CPT, ACECCE, HCIC, CIT, ACEY).
• Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience in a preschool, childcare environment, or enrichment centre is preferred. (Fresh graduates and career switchers with a strong passion for education are also welcome to apply!)
• Soft Skills: Highly passionate, child-oriented, and equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
