The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a relevant qualification and L2 ECDA certification. There is potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and organisational needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a relevant qualification.
• L2 (LON) ECDA certification recognised by ECDA.
• Passionate about early childhood education and supporting young children's development.
• Patient, nurturing, responsible, and committed to providing quality care and education.
• A good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate learning activities for children.
• Implement prepared lesson plans and learning activities to support children's holistic development.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Observe and document children's learning progress and developmental milestones.
• Build positive relationships with parents and communicate children's progress when required.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and daily routines in accordance with ECDA and school's guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support children's learning and well-being.
