Responsibilities:

Cooking & Food Preparation

• Prepare and cook nutritious meals and snacks for children according to the centre’s menu and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, hygienically, and served on time.
• Follow proper food portioning and handling practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and audit requirements.

Cleaning & Hygiene Maintenance

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all classrooms, toilets, common areas, and office spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and disinfect surfaces daily.
• Ensure waste is disposed of properly and bins are cleaned regularly.
• Assist with sanitisation routines to support a healthy and safe environment.
• Ensure all duties comply with ECDA hygiene and health standards.
