Job summary

A leading education provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced leader to manage Pre-School operations. You will develop initiatives for the professional growth of educators, guide curriculum implementation, and oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with standards. The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Early Childhood Education and has at least 3 years of management experience in Pre-School settings. Strong communication and leadership skills are required for this role.

Requirements

• A Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Pre-School Centers.
• Proven leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
