You will help implement age-appropriate activities, assist lead teachers, and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for young learners. This full-time role offers a monthly salary in the SGD 2,000–3,000 range and opportunities to develop classroom management and observation skills while working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Prior working experience in the Early Childhood sector preferred.
• Positive working attitude.
• Have a passion for working with young children.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers to implement age-appropriate lessons and activities in accordance to curriculum
• Support teachers in classroom management
• Observe, assess, and document progress of children
• Work with lead teacher in the planning & organization of the school's calendar of activities
• Assist with routine care such as toileting, diaper changing etc.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children
• Support classroom administrative works
• Other adhoc duties as advised by school
