The Opportunity

As a Presales Engineer (System) at VSTECS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in the organisation's Information & Communication Technology (ICT) sales team. Based in the Lavender Central Region, this full‑time position will see you providing expert technical pre‑sales support to clients, ensuring they receive the best solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT system solutions
  • Perform technical demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept trials to showcase product features and capabilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations
  • Provide post‑sales support, including system configuration and integration
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre‑sales processes and tools
What We’re Looking For
  • Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a pre‑sales or technical sales role in the ICT industry
  • Skills: Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and presentation skills, problem‑solving and analytical abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Certifications: Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) would be an advantage
