Job Summary

The Pre‑Sales Engineer supports the sales team by providing technical expertise on cybersecurity solutions. This role involves designing solutions, conducting demos and proof‑of‑concepts, and ensuring customer requirements are met through effective solution positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical pre‑sales support for assigned cybersecurity products to customers and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to craft solution proposals and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Analyze customer IT and security environments to identify needs and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations, proof‑of‑concepts, and in‑house lab validations.
  • Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFI/RFPs, and work with vendors on solution design.
  • Deliver training and product updates to internal teams and partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and technology partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in pre‑sales or solution implementation (3–4 years for senior roles).
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies, network architecture, and security domains (endpoint, email, web, cloud).
  • Strong presentation, proposal‑writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design solution architectures and explain technical concepts clearly.
