Overview

The Technical Presales Consultant is responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales and product teams
• Conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and prepare technical proposals
• Conduct solution presentation and workshops
• Provide pre and post-sales support
• Propose and explore new and upcoming technologies in the market
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT security sector, with a technical background in network engineering, particularly in firewall implementation and management.
• Familiarity with security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS
• Proficient in firewall solutions such as [specific firewalls, e.g., Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet].
• Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and core principles of network security.
• Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, network security, and related protocols.
• Valid Palo Alto Certification is a mandatory requirement.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
