Job summary

TAJIMAYA YAKINIKU PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene in a fast-paced kitchen. You will assist in cooking, maintain cleanliness, and help with dishwashing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation.
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements.
• Adhere to safety procedures.
• Handle equipment, appliances, supplies, and tools.
• Prepare and cook customer’s food order.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen.
• Understanding and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
• Assist in dishwashing duties.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Chef.
