Job summary

Arc’teryx Singapore at Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Sales Associate to represent the brand on the retail floor, delivering outstanding service and sharing product knowledge with passion. You will be an active team player supporting store operations, CRM activities, and visual merchandising while helping guests find the right technical apparel for outdoor adventures.

Experience of at least 1 year in retail or customer service is preferred, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays

Energetic, service-oriented and confident in communication.
Passion for outdoor activities and interest in technical apparel.
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the Arc’teryx brand.
Understand guest needs and provide clear, knowledgeable product recommendations.
Maintain strong product knowledge, including fit and technical features.
Support store operations such as merchandising, stock handling, and cleanliness.
Assist with CRM activities like customer acquisition and retention.
Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Ensure visual merchandising and product displays meet brand standards.
Handle guest feedback professionally and help resolve issues.
Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive store environment.
