Job summary

BLACK SHEEP CONCEPTS PTE. LTD. is hosting a four-day jewellery event in Singapore and seeks an experienced CONTRACT RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE to connect with customers, present pieces, and guide purchases on the floor.

You will welcome shoppers, understand needs, recommend items, and manage payments. Prior jewellery/fashion/event sales experience is preferred; English must be clear and confident. Training is provided; paid pre-event training; team bonus available.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer-facing retail sales experience.
• Confident speaking with customers and closing sales.
• Clear, confident spoken English.
• Comfortable handling payments and POS systems.
• Reliable, punctual and calm in a fast-paced event.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers naturally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend pieces.
• Help customers style and try on pieces.
• Learn collections and tell their stories.
• Close sales when appropriate and process purchases.
• Support booth presentation and stock replenishment.
• Stay proactive and work calmly during busy periods.
