Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Growth: Own a portfolio of premium accounts as the primary contact, executing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, increase market share, and drive adoption of company's solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand business needs and position Epson as a strategic partner.
  • Consultative Selling: Apply a solution-selling approach to identify customer pain points and propose tailored solutions that support their digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Execution: Work closely with channel partners and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment, deployment, and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction, providing accurate forecasts and regular reporting to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferred with 5+ years of enterprise account management experience in IT, AV, or Office Automation.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT/AV solutions and a proven track record of driving account growth and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent relationship management, consultative selling, and communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
