We are looking an individual to lead a team of Premier Offshore Relationship Managers with the aim to achieve both financial and non-financial targets. This role involves recruitment, training, coaching, and supervision to ensure alignment with segment goals and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and coach Premier Relationship Managers to maximize team performance.
- Provide overall supervision to ensure Relationship Managers align with segment objectives and deliver excellent client service.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and close operational risks and gaps, streamlining client management and business processes for improved efficiency.
- Work closely with other business units to expand the premier customer base and generate new business opportunities through effective Relationship Managers penetration strategies.
- Manage top-tier clients, ensuring exceptional relationship management and service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary education (degree/diploma) or Holder of Certified Financial Planning (CFP)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant leadership experience in the Retail and Premier segments
- Professional qualification (as required by MAS)
- Critical thinking & problem resolution skills
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to cascade information effectively to wide range of internal and possibly external stakeholders
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Driven with good understanding and experience of the premier sector
- Demonstrated leadership skills
