ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a QC Technician in Tampines to perform in-process, final and incoming inspections of precision parts.

You will work with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM machines to ensure products meet engineering drawings and customer specifications. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience; mechanical engineering background is preferred. The position is permanent and based in Singapore with standard 5.5 days work week and opportunities for AWS and

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
Experience with precision inspection and measurement tools.
Familiarity with quality procedures and traceability.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process, final, and incoming inspections of precision parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM machines.
Carry out dimensional and visual inspections to ensure products conform to engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Record inspection results accurately on quality forms and maintain proper documentation for traceability.
Detect and report non-conformities or defects, and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to quality procedures, work instructions, and safety standards throughout the production process.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
