Job summary

A key player in Precision Engineering in Singapore is seeking a dedicated inspection technician to ensure compliance with customer specifications. The role involves performing CMM inspections, preparing inspection reports, and monitoring quality metrics. Candidates should have a diploma in Engineering and at least one year of experience in a manufacturing assembly environment. Training in workplace safety will be provided. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a mechanical assembly technician in manufacturing.
• Workplace Safety in Metal Work (WSQ) certification (training provided).
• Basic mechanical and electrical theories knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform CMM inspection of in-house parts to ensure compliance.
• Conduct CMM Offline Programming for efficient inspections.
• Update and monitor the SPC chart for stable manufacturing.
• Record results in inspection checklist and IMS.
• Prepare outgoing inspection reports per customer requirements.
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports for any non-conformance.
• Support improvement programs within the company.
