Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks an Operator to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. The role covers handling equipment, following instructions, and ensuring quality across cross-cell trainings. The candidate should be able to read schematics and complete standard reports.

The position offers a 5-day work week from 8am to 5pm, with a base salary plus monthly incentives, transportation allowance, AWS 13th salary, quarterly bonus, and a sign-on bonus payable over 12 months.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in manufacturing industry.
• Basic understanding of data analysis.
• Demonstrate knowledge with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow work instructions.
• Operate equipment / tools / machinery to prepare and assemble product.
• Read print schematics and requests.
• Assure product meets quality standards.
• Test and inspect products per procedure.
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized.
• Fill out reports, manufacturing orders, scrap, production times, rejects.
• Work under direct supervision on standardized duties using established procedures.
