You will perform routine calibration and checks on balances, pipettes, spectrophotometers, and chromatography systems, conduct preventive maintenance, and maintain calibration records according to SOPs and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Laboratory-related fields or equivalent.
• Relevant technical or laboratory experience is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and handle technical equipment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine calibration and performance checks of laboratory equipment such as balances, pipettes, spectrophotometers and chromatography systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain calibration records, reports and certificates according to SOPs and ISO standards.
• Coordinate external servicing or repairs when required.
• Monitor parts inventory and support purchase orders.
