Job summary

CAREER INTERNATIONAL - FOS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced machinist to operate CNC turning and milling equipment, set up fixtures and tools, and ensure parts meet precise specifications. The role requires interpretation of technical drawings and setup sheets, plus accurate measurement and reporting of production status.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on machining experience, working with ERP systems, and a proactive approach to quality and efficiency on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience machining using CNC Turning/Milling/Turnmill machines.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and setup sheets.
• Ability to perform measurement.
• Knowledge of using ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine checks and report status.
• Set up fixtures and tools per requirement.
• Perform precision machining per specifications.
• Conduct first piece and in-process inspections and record results.
• Report daily production status and non-conformances.
