Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Calibration Technician to support lab equipment at our Bukit Batok Crescent site. The role involves calibration, adjustment and performance checks on laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ISO standards.

You will handle balances, pipettes, spectrophotometers and chromatography systems, perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting, and maintain calibration records and certificates.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Science, Laboratory-related field or equivalent.
• Comfortable with hands-on technical and laboratory equipment work.
• Detail-oriented with an interest in calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration, adjustment and performance checks on laboratory equipment
• Work with equipment such as balances, pipettes, spectrophotometers and chromatography systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Diagnose equipment faults and replace defective parts when required
• Prepare and maintain calibration records, reports and certificates according to ISO standards and SOPs
• Coordinate external servicing and repairs when necessary
• Monitor spare parts inventory and support purchase orders
