Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assembly Technician to support daily setup and maintenance of final assembly lines at Bulim Lane, Singapore. Role requires 2+ years in production and a background in Mechanical or Electronics engineering. You will analyze data to drive corrective actions and assist in process improvements.

The position offers on-site work hours from Monday to Friday, with opportunities to contribute to R&D improvements and document control through ECR/TCN processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production process
• Bachelor-level degree in Mechanical or Electronics engineering preferred
• Experience in AA alignment or motor assembly is a plus
• Strong ability to analyze data and drive root-cause corrective actions

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain final assembly production lines.
• Assist in analysis and disposition of defective products.
• Support process research and continuous improvement activities.
• Submit optimization requests after verifying line equipment/tooling.
• Prepare and release production work instructions and process documents.
• Help resolve R&D issues and improve line throughput.
• Track and close ECR/TCN documents.
