Job description

The Precast Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation and coordination of precast components on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate on-site precast component installation with the client (main contractor) and subcontractors.
  • Supervise and coordinate the quality of on-site work, ensuring all activities align with the project’s specifications and timelines.
  • Lead and manage subcontractors, in-house workers, and other site personnel, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Assist with quality control measures on-site, addressing any defects or issues promptly.
  • Monitor safety procedures and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Attend site meetings with clients, provide regular updates on project progress, and discuss issues or concerns.
  • Oversee the timely delivery and installation of precast components, ensuring they meet the client's deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Perform other related tasks and duties as required to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Requirements
  • Educational Qualification: At least a Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction projects or precast supply coordination.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, manage, and control workers and subcontractors on-site.
