RoleSummary
We are looking for a Pre-sales Professional to support business growth within Singapore local banks, focusing on Bank IT related professional services, System Integration (SI), and enterprise-scale software delivery engagements.
This role is ideal for candidates with a software engineering background, solid understanding of Agile and enterprise delivery models, and 5-8 years (or more) of pre-sales or client-facing solution architecture experience. You will work closely with your mentor, solution architects, delivery leaders, and engineering teams to shape proposals for large, complex, multi-team software initiatives and convert opportunities into signed projects.
You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise banking platforms, large delivery teams, multi-vendor environments, and long-running transformation programs.
KeyResponsibilities
- Support account coverage and opportunity development for local banking clients, engaging IT, engineering, architecture, and PMO stakeholders.
- Participate in customer discovery to understand bank’s business goals, legacy systems, integration complexity, regulatory constraints, and delivery governance, to facilitate better customer support.
- Take the responsibility in creating solution proposals for enterprise-scale professional services and SI projects, including:
- Delivery approach (Agile, hybrid, scaled Agile)
- Scope and assumptions
- High-level architecture and integration considerations
- Effort estimates, timelines, and staffing models (multi-squad / multi-vendor)
- Coordinate with engineering leads, project managers, architects, and delivery managers to validate solution feasibility, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.
- Support proposal development for large software delivery programs, including phased rollouts, MVPs, and long-term roadmap-based engagements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, capability decks, and proposal walkthroughs for enterprise banking stakeholders.
- Support RFI/RFP responses for large-scale engagements, including compliance matrices, delivery methodology descriptions, and bid coordination.
- Support handover from sales to delivery, ensuring clarity on scope, assumptions, and success criteria for complex delivery programs.
- Assist with ongoing account development, including change requests, delivery extensions, and new workstreams within existing enterprise programs.
Must-Have Requirements
- Singapore Citizen / PR.
- Software engineering background (education and/or hands-on experience) with the ability to understand (must have):
- Enterprise system architectures
- Integration patterns
- SDLC for large-scale systems
- Bank Application experience (Nice to have):

- Loan & credit

- Other banking common business system
- Agile delivery experience (Good to have):

- Delivery tracking across teams
- 5-8 years (or above) of pre-sales or client-facing experience in IT services, software, system integration, or technology consulting.
- Comfortable engaging banking stakeholders (IT, engineering leads, architects, PMO, procurement).
- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) for client discussions and documentation.
Preferred/ Advantage
- Exposure to enterprise or large-scale software delivery (multi-team, multi-vendor, long-running programs).
