Job summary

The Nanyang Business School invites applications for a Pre-Doctoral Researcher to support faculty-led research across business and management disciplines in Singapore. This role offers hands-on research exposure for those considering doctoral studies.

You will assist with literature reviews, data collection and analysis, and contribute to reports, working papers, and seminar activities. A Bachelor's or Master's is required with strong analytical skills and proficiency in R, Python, Stata or SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in academic research and research-oriented careers.
• Proficiency in R, Python, Stata, SQL or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support faculty in executing ongoing research projects.
• Conduct literature reviews and synthesize findings from publications.
• Collect, clean, validate and manage research datasets from various sources.
• Perform quantitative and/or qualitative data analyses using appropriate tools.
• Assist in development of research reports, working papers and manuscripts.
• Support survey development, experimental studies and data collection.
• Prepare research documentation, data dictionaries and project records.
• Assist with ethics review applications and regulatory compliance.
